Epic Moments: marriage to Mark 26 years ago; the birth of my children; participating in the Walk to Emmaus; my time spent with the kids at Grace in KC's urban core

Spare Time: reading, walking, gardening, yoga, spending time with family and friends, volunteering at BVHS, cooking, making to-do lists for Mark, watching college football, and listening to the Royals' games on warm, summer nights

Books: Bible, Too Busy Not to Pray, I Dare You

Music: Country, Christian, and "Old School" music - as my kids put it -70's and 80's

Movies: Top Gun, Remember the Titans, The Little Mermaid

Food: cinnamon rolls, homemade breads, and a salad that someone else makes!  

At Starbucks, I order a:  bold black coffee in the winter and a 2-shot iced skinny latte in the summer : )

Biggest Frustration: rude people who disrespect others

Motivation: prayer time; interacting with people; encouraging folks; serving others; marking things off my list; efficiency.
