Course Description:
Urban Entry is a 7-week course designed to generate conversation and understanding of ministering to the "urban" community.
How do you respond when someone on the street asks you for money? Is there poverty in the suburbs? How do you move from charity to transformation? This course will allow us to generate conversation that leads to action. We will be challenged by God's word and invited into a deeper walk with Jesus by caring for the poor wherever God leads. Speakers will include those that live and serve amongst the poor in our city.
