Signature | Payment

When you register online, your required signature as well as payment can be completed at the Welcome Center in Kidz Cove on Sunday mornings or at the Family Orientation at 6:15pm on Wednesday, August 31. You may pay with cash or a check made out to Covenant Chapel with AWANA on the memo line.

Note: Your child may not participate in games until your signature is on file.

Costs:

• Dues: $30 per child
• Uniform: $12 for Cubbies or Sparks vest, $15 for T&T Shirt/Jersey
• Handbook Bags (required for Cubbies; optional for Sparks and T&T): $6 all clubs
