Please read the descriptions after each resource for a brief explanation.

• Event Planner Form

Event leaders submit this form after gaining approval from their Ministry Advocate and checking the Calendar.

• Promotion Request Form

After the Event Planner form has been submitted, the Ministry Advocate completes this form to receive consideration for additional promotion (if applicable).

• Event Update and Cancellation Form

If applicable, the Ministry Advocate completes this form to update event information across all communication channels.
